本机是我公司科技人员考察吸收技术，开发研制的新型立式刨切机。该机运转平稳操作方便，单板厚薄均匀速度快，是普通刨切机的二倍，具有高速、高效、省时、省力等特点。
This machine is a new model vertical veneer slicer developed exclusively by the engineers

of our company by the means of inspecting and absorbing the advanced technology of home and

abroad. The machine runs smoothly, operates easily and achieves high speed and even thickness

of veneer. Its capacity is twice over to the conventional veneer slicer and high speed, high

capacity, high efficiency and saving time and labor are its feature.

■ 本机采用真空吸附机构使输送单板平整、不卷曲。
■ 刨切单板厚度的设定、进给是由伺服系统控制，进给准确。
■ 现有刨刀压尺加热装置，提高刨切单板质量。
■ 机床润滑是由微电脑控制的定时润滑。
■ 电气系统操作简捷，维修方便。

■This machine adopts the vacuum absorbing mechanism to transport the veneer to make the

veneer even and non-curl.
■Using the servo system to control the setting of the thickness of veneer and slicing

feed to make the amount of feed accurate.
■The device of heating blade and nose bar in the machine can improve the quality of

slicing veneer.
■The lubricating system of the machine is controlled by computer and it achieves real

-time lubricating.
■The electric system of the machine has the feature of both convenient operating and

maintenance.
