功能特性:

●用性能稳定的工业电脑为控制中心，Windows 操作系统、人性化设计软件，用图形辅助功能引导编程，操作简单。

●机器设计了两个加工工位，加工的同时可以在另一一个加工位进行板上或板下等操作，可提高工作效率。

●采用真空吸紧工件，一次装夹可完成多种工序的加工。

●机身、横梁等采用坚固特殊的重型钢结构，并经过严格的热处理工艺和高精度的加工，保证了机床的稳定性。

本机具有铣削、封边、修边三个加工单元，每个加工单元既可单独工作，又可进行多种加工组合。可加工"L”形、圆形、椭圆形、船型等各

种部不规则板件。

●铣削采用7.5KW高速电机,转速可达18000rpm,切削速度高。

●封边具有辅助压紧装置和自动检测装置,确保封边的牢固和接缝的精确度。

●修边采用1.8KW高速电机，转速可达12000rpm，确保修边质量。

● 可安装安全光栅门保护装置，确保加工过程中人员的安全。
